True Crime Podcasts To Get You Through Quarantine | Part One


We are going through a bit of a tough time right now and one of the things that is essential for our mental wellbeing is relaxation and one of the things that I like to do when I'm chilling out or relaxing in a bubblebath, is listening to true crime podcasts.

There's a few which are my favourites but I have since discovered some more which I have listed below. I sent out a tweet on my Twitter page last night and I got a fantastic response, there were so many amazing podcast links that I will have to create a second post to cover them all so if you don't find your podcast here, keep your eyes peeled for a future post.

As much as it is important to keep up with the news of what is going on, it's also important to switch it off and have a breather, too much negative news can put a real strain on you and cause anxiety to rise, so, turn off the news, grab some tea, some munchies, relax on the sofa and get stuck into these podcasts below....
