Hey everyone, I just noticed that my blog has reached an incredible 2,000,958 views!! I just wanted to say a big, big THANK YOU to all of my amazing readers, anyone who's shared one of my articles or commented! It all means the world to me.
If you'd have told me years ago that I would, one day, have a blog & be writing articles that so many people around the world would read every week, I wouldn't have believed you! For someone who grew up on a council estate with learning difficulties such as dyslexia & dyscalculia, I was the kid who struggled to learn. I was more street-wise than academic. I grew up in a small town where crime was a regular occurrence. When I research, write and share these cases with you, I'm not coming to you as someone who doesn't know about the hell that people go through.
I have been a survivor of crime, have relatives who committed crimes, witnessed crimes, had friends who were murdered. Saw the damaging effects of drugs, violence & crime....all from a very young age. When I write about these true crime cases, it's not for click-bait etc (I make no money from my work), I care about sharing the stories of the victims & survivors.
Since 2019 I have been sharing different articles on my blog, heartbreaking true crime cases, horrific serial killers, obsessed stalkers, dark history & even written about the dark side of wrestling as well as personal posts of things I have been through. The feedback, comments, messages & emails from readers has been incredible and I treasure and appreciate everyone who's taken the time to contact me.
I am currently writing a book about serial killers so I hope you will find that interesting if you choose to read it. (As they say....to be continued).
I started with an interest in psychology & criminal behaviour, esp psychopathy when I first watched the movie 'The Silence of The Lambs'. I was about 6 years old (I know, it sounds crazy). Even back then I was interested in why some people behave the way they do & what exactly was it that made certain people commit crimes with no remorse or empathy. I read so many books, overdosed on documentaries & when I got older I went to College and University to study Psychology and Criminology. I also worked as a caseworker for survivors of crime and trained at a local Police Academy. So, I have always been someone with, not only an interest in Behavioural Sciences but I've always wanted to help and support people who've been through horrendous experiences in life.
I know this is a long post but if you've made it this far....THANK YOU for taking the time to read it, AND for all of your support over the years! Keep an eye out for my book! If you would like to help support my work by buying me a coffee, that would be amazing....thank you! All of my links to my PayPal as well as my socials can be found HERE!!
Much love as always! Don't forget that you can always pop me a message or email if there's a case you'd be interested for me to cover or, just drop me a line about your opinion on a case.
As I always say...stay safe, until next time (I hope to see you again, now only on here, but elsewhere on my Socials) x
